A strategic PR plan is a roadmap to building a solid reputation with the key media who influence your customers. It starts with an analysis of the market and competitors, how they are positioning themselves. This provides a framework to find the white space for messaging in which you can set your company apart from others, or if in a new category it allows me to create the platforms to educate a new audience. In this plan, I will do the analysis, create key messaging platforms, and pitches that will resonate with the press. Develop key targets from national and trade media and make recommendations for implementation.
