What makes children's yoga different from adult yoga is we're mimicking animal's pose in the most creative way!
Classes will begin with proper breathing exercise (pranayama); this will teach the kids to be calm, relax and truly enjoy the benefit of correct breathing and the state of mindfulness.
Once this is completed, kids will be taught on easy and fun yoga poses and I will probably add in a few yoga philosophies to encourage peaceful and grateful practice.
The goals are to blend in fun, focus and self-affirmaton.
